In 1979, John W. Chambers, Sr. (1928-2001), a native of Atlanta, Georgia, who had practiced law in the prominent firms of Gambrell & Russell and Smith, Cohen, Ringel, Kohler, Martin & Lowe, formed a partnership with his son, John W. Chambers, Jr.  This firm was known as Chambers & Chambers.  Teresa A. Chambers (now Cebulski), the daughter of John, Sr. and sister of John, Jr., was employed by the firm as a secretary and legal assistant.  Timothy D. Chambers graduated from Mercer University School of Law the following year, and in 1980, joined his father and brother to form Chambers, Chambers & Chambers.  In 2001, John W.
